Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. soft oleo
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Cream oleo and sugar.
- Add egg yolks.
- Stir in lemon juice, milk and salt.
- Beat egg whites (stiff).
- Add 1/2 cup sugar.
- Fold in first mixture.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
- This cake makes its own sauce.
