Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 1 c. white bread crumbs, broken up
- 1 large or 2 small eggs
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. dry mustard or Old Bay
- butter or oil
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Mix bread, eggs, mayonnaise and seasonings.
- Add crab and mix gently to hold lumps.
- If it's too dry, add mayonnaise.
- Form into 6 to 8 cakes.
- Fry until brown and done.
