- 1 lb. Lump or Back Fin Crab Meat
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 C. Milk
- 1 tsp. Instant Minced Onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Slices White Bread, crust removed, cubed
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- Dash of Old Bay
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
Method
- Remove all cartilage from crab meat.
