Ingredients
- 1 c. crabmeat
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. undiluted mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Knox gelatine
- 4 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Heat mushroom soup, crabmeat and celery.
- Add dissolved gelatin/water mixture and heat!
- Add everything else.
- Pour into well oiled mold (Pam okay).
- Chill; best if made the day ahead. Unmold on lettuce bed or surround with parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
