Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (preferably unsweetened)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix butter, sugar, egg, vanilla in medium sized bowl.
  • In separate bowl whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Combine and mix in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  • Put tablespoon sized balls onto lightly greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes.
