Ingredients
- 7 whole Ripe, Juicy Pears
- 1 can (12 Oz. Can) White Grape Peach Juice Concentrate
- 8 ounces, weight Extra Creamy Cool Whip
- 1/2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
- Start off by peeling the pears with a vegetable peeler. Once peeled, split them in half and remove the core. Place frozen concentrate, Cool Whip, nutmeg and sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth and then add the pears. Once desired consistency is reached, serve in chilled glass bowls. Garnish with mint leaves.
