Ingredients
- 1 can new potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. instant potatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- parsley flakes
- 1/4 chopped onion
Method
- Bring water, butter and milk to a boil.
- Add instant potatoes, salt, onion and pepper; mix well.
- Amount of instant potatoes depends on your desired thickness.
- Add diced potatoes; simmer until hot and desired thickness.
- Serve and top with parsley flakes.
