  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sugar


  • In a blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Heat a very lightly greased 6 or 8 inch skillet with flared sides over medium-high heat. Remove from heat. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter into the center of the 6in skillet or 3 tablespoons into the 8in skillet; lift and tilt the skillet to spread batter. Return to heat. Cook about 1 minute or until light brown. Turn with a spatula and cook the 2nd side for 30 seconds. Invert over paper towels; remove crepe.
