Method
- These are the ingredients.
- Chop the cucumbers roughly.
- Mix the marinade ingredients.
- Put the cucumber pieces and marinade in the refrigerator.
- It can be eaten after half a day, but marinate for at least a day if you can.
- If you stir it up from the bottom occasionally, it will keep for 4 to 5 days.
- I also recommend carrots and daikon radish with this marinade.
