Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup apple chopped
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • kale handful chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

Method

  • Mix in curry powder, apple cider vinegar, agave, and quinoa together until the quinoa is coated consistently with the spices.
  • I recommend massaging the kale with a little olive oil before chopping it up; this breaks down the cellular wall, resulting in the kale not tasting so tough.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients, add to Raw Wrap and enjoy!
