Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup apple chopped
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- kale handful chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut nectar
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
Method
- Mix in curry powder, apple cider vinegar, agave, and quinoa together until the quinoa is coated consistently with the spices.
- I recommend massaging the kale with a little olive oil before chopping it up; this breaks down the cellular wall, resulting in the kale not tasting so tough.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, add to Raw Wrap and enjoy!
