Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 (1/4 oz. each) pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chilled heavy cream
Method
- To Make Pudding:
- In medium saucepan, heat sugar, water, gelatin and salt, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved, about 1 minute.
- Stir in milk, rice and vanilla.
