Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 24 slices bacon
- 24 large green stuffed olives
- 1 c. chili sauce
Method
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- Cut bacon slices in halves.
- Wrap each half around a chunk of pineapple.
- Assemble on skewers alternating pineapple/bacon with olive.
- Blend pineapple juice with chili sauce; brush on skewers and broil.
- Use remaining chili sauce as a dunk.
