Ingredients
- 1 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 lb. dates, cut up
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour (using 1/2 c. to flour dates)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Mix all together; drop on baking sheet from teaspoon.
- Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Delicious!
