Ingredients
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 lb. lean hamburg
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Method
- Reserve 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
- Add 1 tablespoon catsup to reserved juice and set aside.
- Drain rest of pineapple and add to remaining ingredients.
- Mix together well.
- Pour in loaf pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush with pineapple juice catsup mixture.
- Return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
