Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour sifted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 cups milk
- 15 ounces crushed pineapple drained
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 ounce sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ice cream to serve
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9 1/2 inch pie dish.
- Combine flour, sugar and coconut. Whisk together remaining ingredients then mix into dry ingredients until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 40-45 mins, until firm and golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
