Ingredients
- 11 graham crackers or 50 to 60 vanilla wafers
- 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip (nondairy whipped topping)
- 1 c. chopped strawberries
- 1 c. chopped kiwi fruit
- strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping
- 1 c. sliced bananas
Method
- Break graham crackers in half.
- Mark a diagonal line on each half with knife; break apart to form triangles.
- Place 1/2 of the triangles in a single layer on a serving plate.
- Spread evenly with 1/2 of the whipped topping, then top with 1/2 of the fruit. Drizzle with strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping.
- Repeat layers and serve immediately.
- Makes 6 (2 ounce) servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
