Ingredients

  • 11 graham crackers or 50 to 60 vanilla wafers
  • 3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) thawed Cool Whip (nondairy whipped topping)
  • 1 c. chopped strawberries
  • 1 c. chopped kiwi fruit
  • strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping
  • 1 c. sliced bananas

Method

  • Break graham crackers in half.
  • Mark a diagonal line on each half with knife; break apart to form triangles.
  • Place 1/2 of the triangles in a single layer on a serving plate.
  • Spread evenly with 1/2 of the whipped topping, then top with 1/2 of the fruit. Drizzle with strawberry, butterscotch or caramel topping.
  • Repeat layers and serve immediately.
  • Makes 6 (2 ounce) servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
