Ingredients
- ⅓ cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons French mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 12 chicken wings
Method
1. Preheat oven to moderately hot 210°C (190°C gas). Combine tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, onion and garlic in a large baking dish. Add chicken wings, stir until chicken is well coated.
2. Bake for 45 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Turn chicken occasionally and brush with mixture during cooking.
