Ingredients
- 5 lb. peeled potatoes or 20 servings instant potatoes
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Cook and mash potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
- Put in greased casserole dish; dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
