Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box Duncan Hines Swiss chocolate cake mix
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 stick oleo
Method
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Press nuts and coconut on bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix by directions on box and pour over nuts and coconut.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and melted oleo.
- Mix until creamy.
- Spoon on cake by the tablespoons.
- Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
