Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. chopped chicken meat (2 small cans work well)
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained (Veg-All)
  • 2 Pillsbury deep-dish pie shells (available in dairy section, comes packed in twos)

Method

  • Grease a deep-dish pie pan and place a pie shell in bottom. Dump in all ingredients and mix.
  • Use the other pie shell as the cover, pressing the edges closed and trimming the excess.
  • Cut slits in top and bake at 425° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
