Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 to 2/3 c. milk
- 1 qt. chicken broth with deboned chicken
- salt and pepper
Method
- Gradually add milk to Bisquick; mix to consistency of biscuit dough.
- Turn onto a floured board and knead until easily handled. Roll dough very thin.
- Let dry for 1 hour; cut into strips and drop into boiling broth.
- Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
