Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 to 3 tsp. curry (depending on individual taste)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3 whole chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. cooking liquid (from chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs or turkey stuffing mix
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted

Method

  • Precook chicken.
  • Bone.
  • Remove skin.
  • Place in oiled casserole over uncooked broccoli.
  • Mix soup, seasonings, mayonnaise, cheese and 1/4 cup cooking liquid and place on top. Top with bread crumbs which have been mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 375° for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
