Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Method
- Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, hot pepper sauce, ginger, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl; warm in microwave until easy to stir, about 45 seconds. Stir to serve.
