Ingredients
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 (No. 2) bean sprouts, drain off liquid and save
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
Method
- Blend the mixture gently together with a fork. Heat about 1/2 cup salad oil in a skillet. Pour about 1/3 cup of the mixture for each cake in skillet. Flatten and shape each cake with a pancake turner. Turn when brown on the under side.
