Ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 c. sugar or 3/4 c. honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. brandy extract
- 1/2 tsp. rum extract
- 2 c. whipping cream
- 6 to 10 c. milk
Method
- Beat egg yolks with sugar until nice and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and other extracts.
- Fold into beaten egg whites.
- Beat whipping cream until whipped; fold in.
- Add milk, stirring, until it's drinking consistency.
