- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, diced fine
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- salt to taste
- 1 small can pinto beans, drained
- 1 1/2 c. tomato puree
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. enchilada seasoning (if can't find, use taco seasoning)
- 1 pkg. (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
Method
- Brown hamburger and onion in skillet; add chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, pepper and salt.
- Add pinto beans.
- In small saucepan, combine the puree, water and enchilada seasoning. Simmer about 10 minutes.
