Ingredients

  • 4 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 4 c. cold water
  • 2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans Minute Maid lemon juice
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple juice
  • 1 lb. pkg. frozen strawberries

Method

  • Dissolve jello in boiled water.
  • Mix sugar in water and stir. Add cold water and juices.
  • Pour in a half gallon carton and freeze.
  • When frozen, put in refrigerator about 1 hour before using.
  • Put in punch bowl and add ginger ale; mix.
  • Add frozen strawberries and mash in with a potato masher.
