Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- dash of salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. water
Method
- Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water, cream of tartar and salt in a 2-cup glass measure.
- Cook on 70 (Roast) for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils.
