Ingredients

  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) seedless watermelon, cut into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes
  • 100 g (3 1/2 oz) rockmelon, cut into 2 cm (3/4 inch) cubes
  • 60 g (2 1/4 oz) strawberries, hulled and cut into quarters
  • 1/2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 50 g (1 3/4 oz) seedless white grapes, halved
  • 1/4 banana, sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened fruit juice or orange juice

Method

1. Place the fruits in a lunchbox or small container, pour over the orange juice and toss.

2. Serve as finger food or cut up into smaller pieces.
