Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 can French fried onions
  • 3/4 bag (about 3 c.) crushed corn chips
  • 2 c. medium or sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

  • Brown ground beef; drain.
  • In large microwave-safe bowl, combine chili, tomato paste, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and browned ground beef.
  • Microwave on High (100%) power for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through and flavors are blended.
