Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. Pet milk
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 lb.) can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1 medium banana, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Chill Pet milk in tray until almost frozen at edges.
  • Mix cream cheese in a large bowl until creamy.
  • Stir in all the fruits.
  • Put cold milk into a chilled bowl and whip until fluffy at high speed.
  • Add lemon juice and whip stiff.
  • Fold
  • into fruit mixture.
  • Put into a 9-inch square pan.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Can serve on lettuce leaves.
