Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain og vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup rice flour
Method
- Mix yogurt and cacao.
- Add vanilla, baking powder and salt.
- Stir inn rice flour.
- Spread the batter into prepared pan (3' x 5').
- Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes.
