Ingredients
- 375 ml (1½ cups) cream
- 200 g (7 oz) mild gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 40 g (1½ oz) butter
- pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- toasted walnuts, broken up roughly, to
- garnish
Method
1. Put the cream, gorgonzola, Parmesan and butter in a saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, or until the cheeses have melted into a smooth sauce.
2. Stir in the nutmeg and serve immediately over the hot pasta. Garnish with the walnuts.
