Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • - onions, sliced, separated into rings
  • 24 each OSCAR MAYER Beef Franks (5:1)
  • 24 each hoagie rolls, split, warmed
  • 1-1/2 qt. smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 1-1/2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Sundried Tomato
  • 1-1/2 qt. canned artichoke hearts, drained, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

Method

  • Saute peppers, mushrooms and onions on oiled preheated 350 degrees F flat-top griddle 2 to 3 min.
  • or until tender.
  • Remove from griddle; cover to keep warm.
  • For each serving: Cook 1 frank on griddle 5 min.
  • or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.
  • Place in roll.
  • Top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1 Tbsp.
  • tomato sauce, about 1/3 cup of the sauteed vegetables and 1/4 cup artichokes.
