- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1/4 c. shortening (for frying)
Method
- Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Roll into meatballs.
- Fry in shortening until done.
- In crock-pot mix chili and grape jelly. Mix well, then add cooked meatballs.
