Ingredients

  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 12 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 12 cups oatmeal
  • 1 14 cups corn flakes (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method

  • In large bowl, cream sugars and oil until fluffy.
  • Add honey, vanilla and egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Blend in flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Press firmly into bottom of a greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
