Ingredients
- 50 ml (1.8fl oz) pine-infused gin
- 50 ml (1.8fl oz) chilled green tea
- 25 ml (0.9fl oz) fresh lime juice
- 10 g (0.4oz) sugar
- 5 ml (0.2fl oz) green Chartreuse
- 1 sprig of mint
Method
- Build the first 4 ingredients in a highball filled with rock ice.
- Then stir to chill, add more ice and top up with the Green Chartreuse.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge.
