- 1 chicken or 4 breasts, cooked and cut up
- 2 c. dry spinach noodles, cooked
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 oz. pimentos
- 2 c. sharp, grated cheese (for top)
Method
- Cook
- noodles. Mix chopped chicken and all ingredients except grated cheese.
- Combine noodles and chicken mixture and put in one
- 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Top with grated cheese and bake for

- minutes or until bubbly at 350°.
