Ingredients

  • 1 chicken or 4 breasts, cooked and cut up
  • 2 c. dry spinach noodles, cooked
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. white wine (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 oz. pimentos
  • 2 c. sharp, grated cheese (for top)

Method

  • Cook
  • noodles. Mix chopped chicken and all ingredients except grated cheese.
  • Combine noodles and chicken mixture and put in one
  • 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with grated cheese and bake for
