Ingredients
- 1 qt. bell peppers, seeded
- 1 c. hot peppers
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 14 c. sugar
- red, green or yellow food coloring
- 3 1/2 pkg. Certo
Method
- Grind peppers in blender with small amount of vinegar.
- Add vinegar, sugar and food colorings.
- Broil 5 to 10 minutes; add Certo and boil 1 minute.
- Seal.
- Makes 8 to 10 pints.
- Good with crackers and cream cheese.
