- 1 head Cabbage
- 8 Tablespoons Butter
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Cut the cabbage into 8 wedges. Place each wedge on a double layer of aluminum foil.
- Top each wedge with 1 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Seal foil to make a packet for each wedge of cabbage.
- Grill the cabbage for 25-30 minutes over medium heat, turning once.
