Ingredients

  • 4 corn cobs
  • 2 cups of real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • italian seasoning
  • lawyer's seasonign salt

Method

  • Shuck corn and soak in water for 30 minutes.
  • Set aside to dry so that water has stopped running out of it.
  • Soaking will keep the inside of thw cob moist on the grill.
  • If you don't they tend to fry out a little.
  • On a plate put your parmesan cheese and italian seasoning and mix well.
  • With the backside of a spoon apply mayonaise to the corn cobs and then roll them in the plate of parmesan cheese Italian seasoning mix.
  • Place on the grill at medium heat.
  • The mayonaise will melt and will not be seen.
  • It acts to adhere the cheese to the corn cob and form a cheesey crust.
  • Rotate the cob 45 degrees every so often until the entire cob is crusted.
  • Serve and enjoy.
