Ingredients

  • 2 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
  • 2 x tomatoes, canned 2 cans
  • 2 x chili beans 2 cans
  • 2 x pinto beans, canned, with juice 2 cans
  • 1 x corn kernels, canned 1 can
  • 1 x taco seasoning mix
  • 1 x jalapeno pepper to taste
  • 1 x cheese to taste
  • 1 x tortilla chips as needed
  • 1 x chili seasoning mix Ranch dressing

Method

  • Grill 2 to 3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless for 30 to 40 minutes, or until done.
  • Cut chicken into smaller pieces.
  • In Crockpot combine:
  • 2 cans Diced Tomatos 2 cans Chili beans 2 cans Pinto beans 1 can corn 1 can rotel Taco seasoning packet Ranch dressing seasoning packet Chicken
  • Cook on medium for a couple of hours.
  • Serve with jalepenoes, cheese, and tortilla chips.
