- 1 1/2 inch thick slice of pineapple (fresh and ripe)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- Freshly ground pepper
Method
- DIRECTIONS
- Make criss-cross slashes with a knife on the slice of pineapple to get a nice presentation after grilling. Broil until pineapple turns a nice caramel color but be careful not to burn.
- Drizzle with honey and lemon juice, and add freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
