Ingredients
- 6 large portobello caps
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
Method
- Clean and stem mushrooms, do not peel skin!!
- Lay on baking pan, skirt up.
- Drizzle with olive oil, punch of salt, pepper on each sprinkle with garlic and onion, then cover with park.
- Preheat grill medium/low heat place on grill with skirt up for 10 minutes turn oil caps leave for 10 more minutes till tender.
- We eat them as app or to die for on a, roll with greens, onion tomatoes.
