Ingredients

  • 6 large portobello caps
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp granulated onion
  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

Method

  • Clean and stem mushrooms, do not peel skin!!
  • Lay on baking pan, skirt up.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, punch of salt, pepper on each sprinkle with garlic and onion, then cover with park.
  • Preheat grill medium/low heat place on grill with skirt up for 10 minutes turn oil caps leave for 10 more minutes till tender.
