Ingredients
- 1 packet hamburger
- 1 packet lipton onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons of oxo beef liquid
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 cabbage
- 4 potatoes
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 can of peas
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 can of beans
Method
- Fry hamburger - drain excess fat away and crumble into small pieces.
- Add to large pot with oxo liquid and lipton onion soup mix. Simmer for about 1.2 an hour.
- Add 2 onions sliced. Shred carrots and cabbage and add to mixture.
- Dice Celery and potatoes and add.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 1.2 an hour.
- Add peas, and tomatoes.
