- 1 large lime gelatin
- 2 c. boiling water
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 18 mini marshmallows
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. whipped cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve one large gelatin in 2 c. boiling water in large mixing bowl.
- Mash cream cheese in small bowl.
- Add hot gelatin mixture & stir until dissolved.
- Melt 18 marshmallows in 1/4 c. boiling water on top of double boiler.
- Then add gelatin mixture & 1/2 c. whipped cream.
- Beat mixture until smooth.
- Add pineapple & 1 cup chopped nuts.
- Pour into large baking dish.
