Ingredients

  • 1 large lime gelatin
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 18 mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/2 c. whipped cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Dissolve one large gelatin in 2 c. boiling water in large mixing bowl.
  • Mash cream cheese in small bowl.
  • Add hot gelatin mixture & stir until dissolved.
  • Melt 18 marshmallows in 1/4 c. boiling water on top of double boiler.
  • Then add gelatin mixture & 1/2 c. whipped cream.
  • Beat mixture until smooth.
  • Add pineapple & 1 cup chopped nuts.
  • Pour into large baking dish.
