Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- parsley flakes
Method
- Dip potatoes in oil.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, garlic salt and parsley.
- Place in foil-lined pan.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until browned.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
