Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. broiled or baked chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large bowl, mix cut up chicken, soups, chow mein noodles and evaporated milk.
  • Place all of this mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 smaller casserole dishes. Saute the onion and celery in margarine until onion and celery are soft. Combine this with seasoned stuffing mix and spread over the top of the chicken mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
