Ingredients
- 2 pound squash
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 1 med. carrot, grated
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cook squash till tender; drain well.
- Combine with other ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour in greased dish and bake 30-40 min at 350 degrees in a 13x15 inch dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheese before removing.
