Ingredients
- 2 7/8 cups cooked chicken
- 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise dollops*
- 2/3 pound pasta shapes
- 4 teaspoons pesto verde
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- parsley
- pepper
Method
- Fry the onion and garlic with the leftover cooked chicken.
- Cook the pasta al dente and drain.
- Mix with the hot freshly cooked pasta.
- Stir the mayonnaise thoroughly with the pesto, and season with pepper. Add a sprinkle of parsley.
